is a wireless-communication solutions provider and the brand name for digital trunked radio service from Essel group subsidiary Agrani Telecommunicaion Ltd. Procall is the only company licensed to offer Motorola's iDEN technology in India and the only company to have acquired the digital public mobile radio trunking (PMRTS) license for the circles of Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Maharashtra & Goa, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.It has applied for licences in seven other circles and aims to have over one million subscribers over the next three years. Currently, an analogue version is operational in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai & Pune.

MIRS
is an Israel-based subsidiary of Motorola Communications Israel, that was established in 1994. As a wireless mobile operator, MIRS provides full cellular services to customers in the private, business and security/institutional segments. On the basis of iDEN unique technology, MIRS markets integrated mobile phones with two-way radios and paging devices, content services, DATA services for businesses, and accompanying products and accessories.MIRS was the first in Israel to offer a color displays and built-in GPS receivers and was the first to offer a kosher cellular phone service geared towards the ultra-orthodox sector, which provides voice and visual navigation through handsets approved by the Rabbinical Council. MIRS also supplies tens of thousands of handsets to military personnel.

SDM
Direct Sales and Marketing Systems was founded in 1998 by sales and marketing expert Mr. Ami Stiebel, on the basis of a unique direct sales method he developed, in order to address highly-competitive saturated markets. Over the years, SDM became a leading player in the field of direct marketing of communications products and services in Israel, especially in conjunction with MIRS - Motorola Israel subsidiary and the local provider of iDEN technology.
