Study case in Israel- joint venture with mirs Motorola

Facing a highly saturated market for mobile phone services, Israel's MIRS Motorola communications (iDEN) turned to SDM for developing an effective direct-sales operation to drive revenue growth and increase market share. In 2001, the two companies formed a joint venture aimed at marketing customized communication solutions to customers in the private and SOHO sectors.
Building on the program's success, the venture was expanded in 2003 to address the business and strategic sectors as well.
A year later, MIRS launched a unique creative solution developed by SDM for the Jewish Orthodox sector: ‘The Kosher Cell-Phone', helping it gain a foothold and then achieve high growth in this highly selective niece sector. Thanks to the success of its cooperation with SDM, MIRS has established itself in recent years as a leading player for cellular services in both the business sector, and the Orthodox sector.

Study case in India- joint venture with Procall

The Indian PROCALL company, has addressed the IDS group, having no prior experience with iDEN technology, in assisting them in constructing a sales and marketing infrastructure contractor service. An agreement for a joint venture was signed between PROCALL and IDS – planning a joint company, co-owned by the parties. The company is being established nowadays in India.
