Who are AudioGate:

AudioGate is a technology company focused on building next generation VOIP platforms. With the experience
and knowledge of the market and ecosystem we have built a platform that is easy for a carrier to extract real
value. After a few years of intensive research Audiogate has created its next generation VOIP platform, called
Spikko, which is a service, primarily for people who live outside of their home country (Expats).

Market segment and mission statement:

In general the cellular market segment reaches over 100% of the local market population, which usually creates difficulties to generate new users and by that new source of income. By using AudioGate platform and unique business approach we are able to present a total new source of income from a new market segment yet to be explored, this market segment called Expats (may reach up to 20% of the registered population*). Our users are typically located outside of their territory; they are residents outside of their home Country, students studying in foreign countries, business people traveling internationally, or simply people around the world with friends or family out of their home country. Spikko is an application that allows the users to receive incoming calls directly dialed to their Spikko number (using their mobile/pc/normal analog phone), the application can be located in multiple environments and can be used thru any platform available by the network (WiMax, 3G, CDMA, Wifi etc.) Spikko of course offers all the basics such as VM, SMS, Presence, and other telephony features consumers have come to expect. All software and technology was developed and is owned by Audiogate Technologies.

Products for iDEN operators
Spikko products immediately increase ARPU, and brings new customers from previously unreachable markets all over the world to the local iDEN operator.

Spikko Mobile:
Spikko mobile VoIP technology allow users from non-iDEN mobile networks located abroad to receive a local telephone number from the local iDEN operator. In this way the iDEN operator increase their customer base, voice traffic and ARPU. Spikko provides support for iPhone, Nokia and the majority of other mobile telephone brands. The users phone (e.g. iPhone), with it’s assigned local iDEN number, may connect to the iDEN network via the Spikko platform, receive and place callusing his iDEN local number, generate voice traffic and SMS messages as well as, chat, presence and address book integration are supported.

Spikko PC:
The Spikko PC VoIP telephone software connects to the iDEN network via the Spikko distributed platform providing high quality voice calls, chat, presence, SMS, address book, and more. Utilizing the Spikko User Centric approach, incoming call to the users local iDEN number will ring concurrently on his PC software, mobile VoIP client, and GSM phone (if Internet is not available).

Spikko SOHO solution:
Spikko provides a complete SOHO solution as part of its services, for home and small offices, with 1 to 50 users. The iDEN operator may provide general SOHO solutions as part of their offering, based on the Spikko platform in the local country and abroad. Features supported: Leading numbers, Auto attendant, inter-office dialing and NPL, Voice mail, chat presence, SMS, mobile VoIP, One number, conference, with full management, billing and provisioning support. Standard VoIP telephones and VoIP adaptors may be connected, based on high quality hosted solution (The hosted solution is by the iDEN operator or by Spikko).
